Email Addresses Needed for Those in Trinidad wanting to participate in July 2012

Greetings,

I need the email addresses of all your friends wanting to be a part of
Sanctuary For Children coming to Trinidad July 13-23. The sooner they are on
the list, the more they will benefit from this. As others come to join you,
please keep sending me their emails address. Also if you could forward my
information from past emails to any interested friends or church members you
have. I can send copies of past newsletters and they are also on the
website.

The purpose of this email list is to strengthen our foundation of
communication. Communication is essential for planning and planning leads to
results. This is not the complete mailing list of everyone interested in
Sanctuary For Children, but only those who will be in Trinidad and may want
to help.

If you already know you are not going to be a part of the event in July in
any capacity, let me know so I can refine this list.  The list is old and
has not been updated. Please let me know if you should not be on the list.

Many of you have mentioned that church members and friends want to help in
July and in the preparations leading up to July. PLEASE give me all their
email addresses so they will all know what  to expect in advance. It will
not work well to just show up when we are there. It will be difficult to
explain how to help at the time of the event while we are ministering to
1000 children at a time. I do not want to discourage anyone from coming at
the last minute, but it is much better if everyone knows ahead of time what
is needed so we can be organized as the body of Christ. Each part doing what
it does best.

I’ve intestinally shown the names in the address list above because it is
possible that you may already know each other and can coordinate among
yourselves. The numbers of attending these evangelistic events will be
enormous and the number of those working on the team will be many. As those
working increase I will need leaders to coordinate certain aspects of the
event and to coordinate groups of people. The two main leaders are Rosie
Samaroo and Jonathan Hoover. The Lord defiantly wants me to plan and
organize this event in advance.

This matter of business may not sound spiritual, but it is definitely led by
the Holy Spirit. The email addresses are very necessary to make us a team to
be led by the Lord to accomplish His purposes. We need commutation to be
coordinated. We will use email, the website and cell phones. Emails will
probably be the best for the whole team until we get there. That is why I
desperately need the email addresses for every person as soon as they think
they are interested.  I do not want them uninformed.

This is what it is like to be gifted, have good intentions but to be
uninformed.
